摘 要:针对提升机过卷冲击及缓冲回落问题,通过可变节流液压缓冲系统解决。提出了提升机过卷可变节流液压缓冲系统,基于AMESIM搭建了提升机过卷可变节流液压缓冲系统仿真模型,研究了提升机过卷时的系统可变节流液压缓冲性能,总结了提升速度和提升质量对系统缓冲特性的影响规律,通过在液压缸缓冲腔并联定节流阀,对提升机过卷可变节流系统进行了优化,解决了高速轻载和低速重载工况下的液压缸缓冲腔储能问题,研究表明:提升速度或提升质量增加至一定值时,比例节流阀会完全关闭,液压缓冲腔出现持续的压力波动,导致活塞速度震荡;液压缸缓冲腔并联定节流阀,可避免缓冲腔储能,优化后的系统过卷缓冲特性得到提高。Aiming at the problem of the over winding buffer falling back and impact for the hoist,the variable throttle hydraulic buffer system is used to solve the problem.The variable throttling hydraulic buffer system for the hoise is proposed.Based on AMESim,the simulation model of the variable throttling hydraulic buffer system for the hoise overwinding is built.The performance of variable throttling hydraulic buffer system for the hoise overwinding is studied.The influence law of the lifting speed and the lifting quality on the buffering characteristics of the system is summa⁃rized.The variable throttling system for the hoise overwinding is optimized by connecting the throttle valve in the buffer chamber of the hydraulic cylinder.The problem of the energy storage in the buffer chamber of the hydraulic cylinder under high speed light load and low speed heavy load conditions is solved.The results show that:when the lifting speed or the lifting mass increases to a certain value,the proportional throttle valve will be completely closed.The pressure fluctuation in the hydraulic buffer chamber will cause the piston speed oscillation.The buffer chamber of the hy⁃draulic cylinder is paralleled with the fixed throttle valve.This can avoid the energy storage in the buffer chamber,and the overwinding buffering characteristics are improved after the system optimization.
