摘 要:为了有效解决严寒地区居民和特殊工作者的脚部保暖问题,就此提出了一种基于新型丝杆机构的压力发电保温鞋结构的方案,该保温鞋主要利用新式丝杆机构的自发电实现动机械运动转换电能的思路,并通过电能转换为热能,达到生热保温的效果。新式丝杆机构的机械结构,提高了发电量和储电量。定量测定其性能,结果与理论数据表明,其发电功率大幅度提高,基本符合。实验结果表明:该种生热保温鞋,结构简单,成本低,且可行性强,可广泛推广。In order to effectively solve the problem of the Heat-preservation foot of residents,the method of pressure-generation thermal insulation shoes based on new screw mechanism was proposed in this paper.The structure of pressure-generation thermal insulation shoes was formulated that the new screw mechanism of spontaneous can transform the dynamic mechanical motion into the electrical energy.And the vamps could convert electrical energy into heat energy through the use of mechanical motion.The electric energy production was increased by the new design of its mechanical structure.By the tests,its performance and theoreti⁃cal data show that its power generation has been greatly improved.The experimental results show that this kind of shoes is simple structure,low cost,and shoes strong feasible.This kind of Heat-Preservation Shoes can be widespread used.
