摘  要:直流电传动提高了动力传递的效率,可有效提升自卸汽车的最大承载量,且制造成本低而被广泛应用于各类短途重载运输中。根据直流电传动自卸汽车动力传递特性,根据路径特征,对系统结构进行分析;在转速控制基础上对传动系统进行设计,采用双控制器与显示器相结合的设计方案;根据主、从控制器的作用原理及控制单元多的特点,采用分布式结构和总线结构,对系统进行软硬件设计;基于设计方案,搭建主、从控制单元电路,对系统控制结果进行验证,以验证方案的准确性与可靠性。结果可知:模块的采集偏差控制在5%以内,主辅控制回路都可高效快速实现既定功能,整个系统简洁高效且实时性强;总线通信过程中,系统信号流畅,使得整个系统结构简化,效率提高;系统达到了设计目标,各部分功能实现良好,漏电保护电路使得系统更加安全,且更便捷的寻找漏电节点,各模块达到预期效果;为此类车辆设计生产提供参考。Direct current transmission improves the efficiency of power transmission,which can effectively increase the maximum carrying capacity of dump trucks,and has low manufacturing costs,so it is widely used in various short-distance and heavyload transportation.According to the power transmission characteristics of the DC drive dump truck and the path characteristics,the system structure was analyzed,and the various operating states of the series-excited DC motor were analyzed.On this basis,the control system was designed,and a design scheme combining dual controllers and displays was adopted.According to the principle of the master and slave controllers and the characteristics of multiple control units,the distributed structure and bus structure were used to design the system′s software and hardware.Based on the design plan,the master and slave control unit cir⁃cuits was built to verify the system control results to verify the accuracy and reliability of the plan.The results show that:the mod⁃ule′s acquisition deviation is controlled within 5%,the main and auxiliary control loops can efficiently and quickly realize the es⁃tablished functions,and the entire system is simple,efficient,and real-time.During the bus communication process,the system signal is smooth,which simplifies the entire system structure.The efficiency is improved.The system has reached the design goal,each part of the function is well realized,the leakage protection circuit makes the system safer,and it is more convenient to find the leakage node,and each module achieves the expected effect.It provides a reference for the design and production of such vehicles.
