摘 要:为了提高能源利用效率及更好满足用户需求,提出一种节能装置改进的创新设计流程,并对光导管照明装置进行创新改进,成功设计出自适应液压光纤采光照明装置。设计流程通过产品分析、创新设计与现场实验三个步骤实现方案的改进。针对光导管照明装置整体结构制约、能源利用效率迟缓等问题,分析产品存在的耦合和自有矛盾,基于产品功能模块,采用冲突解决理论与物-场模型技术迭代回溯设计出液压式自适应采光、阵列菲涅尔聚光与光纤传光等结构。通过现场实验验证创新方法及流程在节能装置改进过程中的有效性以及改进后装置能量利用率的提高。In order to improve energy utilization efficiency and better meet user needs,an innovative design process for improved energy-saving devices is proposed,and light pipe lighting devices are innovatively improved,and an adaptive hydraulic fiber op⁃tic lighting device is successfully designed.The design process improves the solution through three steps:product analysis,innova⁃tive design,and field experiments.Aiming at the problems of the overall structure of the light pipe lighting device and the slow ener⁃gy utilization efficiency,the existing couplings and self-contradictions of the product were analyzed.Based on the product function module,it adopted the conflict resolution theory and the object-field model technology to iteratively design the hydraulic adaptive lighting,Array Fresnel condensing and fiber optic light transmission.Field experiments verify the effectiveness of the innovative methods and processes in the improvement of energy-saving devices and the improvement of the energy efficiency of the devices af⁃ter the improvement.
