摘 要:针对当前船体装配工艺过程大量依赖人工经验,船舶装配工艺设计效率低、自动化和信息化水平不高等问题,提出基于灰色关联度的船舶装配工艺设计方法。首先,分析了典型船体结构装配工艺内容及方法,设计船舶装配工艺知识库;其次,建立相似性计算模型,设计了基于属性相似性计算的船舶分段装配工艺匹配算法,并基于灰色关联度算法完成工艺实例知识的相似性计算和排序,实现最优装配实例知识的推送和匹配;在此基础上,开发了船舶分段装配工艺设计系统,并以某单层底船体分段为对象,验证了该方法的可行性和正确性。Aiming at the problems that the current hull assembly process relies heavily on human experience,the low efficiency of ship assembly process design,and the low level of automation and informationize,a method of ship assembly process design based on gray correlation is proposed.Firstly,the assembly process contents and methods of typical hull structures are analyzed,and the ship assembly process knowledge base is designed.Secondly,a similarity calculation model is established,and a ship seg⁃mental assembly process matching algorithm based on attribute similarity calculation is designed.Completion of similarity calcu⁃lation and ordering of process instance knowledge to achieve the pushing and matching of optimal assembly instance knowledge;on this basis,a ship segment assembly process design system was developed,and a single-layer bottom hull segment was used as an object to verify The feasibility and correctness of the method were proved.
