摘 要:基于计算流体力学(CFD)理论,采用重叠网格方法,利用Fluent以DARPPA SUBOFF AFF-1模型为对象研究了潜深对近水面潜体与自由液面耦合作用的影响.首先开展了网格收敛性验证并对SUBOFF模型在无限水域及潜深h为1.1D(D为艇体最大直径)、2.2D、3.3D下的流场进行了计算,将阻力结果与试验数据对比,验证了文中数值方法的准确性.之后对潜器潜深h从0.5D增大到3.3D、无量纲速度Fn=0.205、0.359、0.512时的流场开展了数值计算,得到了潜深对潜体水动力参数及自由液面兴波的影响规律.结果表明:随着潜深h从0.5D增大到3.3D,高速航行时总阻力先增大后减小,中、低速航行时总阻力先减小后增大再减小;升力、俯仰力矩绝对值、液面升高总体呈先增大后减小的趋势.研究结果可为水下潜器近自由液面运动及小水线面双体船设计提供参考.In order to investigate the effect of depth on the interaction between the free surface and a shallowly submerged underwater vehicle,grid convergence was discussed and the flow fields of DARPPA SUBOFF AFF-1 are simulated using Fluent and overset mesh technology based on computational fluid dynamics theory.Drags of SUBOFF in infinite water area and in the depth of 1.1D,2.2D,3.3D are calculated and the results are compared with experimental data to verify the accuracy of the numerical method.Flow fields of SUBOFF are simulated at the speed of Fn=0.205,0.359,0.512 with the depth changing from 0.5 D to 3.3D,and the hydrodynamic characteristics of SUBOFF and parameters of generated waves are obtained.The results indicate that the drag of SUBOFF increases firstly and then decreases at high speed,while it decreases firstly and then increases,and finally decreases at medium and low speed.The results also indicate that the lift,the absolute value of pitch moment and the maximum wave height generally increases firstly and then decreases.The conclusion can be used as reference points for the research of near-free surface motion of underwater vehicles and the design of small water-plane area twin hull.
