浙江“立地房”式民居自然通风与采光现状及优化策略研究

摘　　要：本文对浙江省“立地房”式民居的特征进行梳理,运用斯维尔软件,对其典型平面布局形式进行自然通风和采光模拟分析,并从调整开间尺寸、置入中庭、增设特色空间、设置模块化立面等四个方面针对现状问题提出相应的优化策略。最后根据优化策略对“立地房”式民居进行优化设计,分析验证设计策略在实际中的作用。This paper studies the characteristics of“site house”,a type of folk houses in Zhejiang Province,uses Sville software to simulate and analyze the natural ventila-tion and daylighting of their typical layout forms,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for the current problems from four aspects:adjusting the size of bays,placing atrium,adding characteristic space and setting modular facade.Finally,according to the optimization strat-egies of“site house”,it analyzes and tests the role of the design strategies in practice.
