摘　　要：季胺型吡啶甲酸基CN系列活性染料可在高温中性条件下与分散染料同浴染色,本文研究了该类染料与分散染料一浴法染色工艺。经过优化筛选,确定最佳染色工艺为:元明粉40g/L,载体2g/L,pH=7,温度110℃,时间40min。采用该工艺染色的涤棉针织布与传统的二浴法工艺相比,在获得相同的染色深度和相近的染色牢度的同时,可以降低能耗并提高生产效率。The quaternary pyridine carboxylic acid CN series reactive dyes can be dyed in the same bath with disperse dyes under high temperature and neutral conditions.The one bath dyeing process of this kind of dyes and disperse dyes was studied.After optimization,the optimum process was determined as follows:sodium sulfate of 40 g/L,carrier of 2 g/L,pH=7,under 110℃,for 40 min.Compared with the two bath process,the polyester cotton knitted fabric dyed by this process can not only obtain the same dyeing depth and similar color fastness,but also save energy consumption and improve production efficiency.
