摘  要:以5%Pd/C为催化剂,研究了2,4-二硝基苯甲醚的催化加氢反应过程中的反应溶剂、反应温度、氢气压力、催化剂用量及催化剂循环加氢次数等因素对反应速率和转化率的影响。以Langmuir-Hinshelwood模型为依据,确定了各反应过程中的反应动力学参数,并计算得到各步骤反应的活化能和吸附热。结果表明:当转速达到500 r/min时,实验进入本征区;反应适宜的溶剂为四氢呋喃,反应温度为90℃,氢气压力为2~2.5 MPa,催化剂用量为0.6%~0.8%时,2,4-二硝基苯甲醚在30 min中左右的转化率可达到99%以上。Catalytic hydrogenation of 2,4-dinitroanisole by 5%Pd/C as catalyst was studied.The effects of solvent,reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,catalyst addition and the number of hydrogenation cycles on the conversion ratio and reaction speed were investigated.Based on Langmuir-Hinshelwood model,the reaction kinetic parameters during the hydrogenation process were determined,besides,the activation energy and adsorption heat were reported.The conversion ratio of 2,4-dinitrobenzyl reached more than 99%under recommended catalytic hydrogenation conditions as follows:catalyst addition of 0.6%~0.8%,tetrahydrofuran as solvent,rotation speed reached 500 r/min,temperature of 90℃,hydrogen pressure of 2~2.5 MPa.
