元明粉对制备SD型阳离子染料的影响

摘  要:探讨了制备SD型阳离子染料过程中,缓染剂元明粉的加入对染料相对强度及布料的上染率的影响。结果表明,少量元明粉不会造成明显影响,但过量加入会降低染料的相对强度;需保证NNO的摩尔比为阳离子染料原粉的2.16以上,当该摩尔比为2.16时,元明粉最大用量为NNO与元明粉的摩尔比为0.9,当该摩尔比为2.5时,加入元明粉最大量是NNO与元明粉的摩尔比为0.45。In the preparation of SD cationic dyes,the effects of the addition of sodium sulfate on the relative strength of dyes and the dye uptake of fabrics were discussed.The results show that a small amount of sodium sulphate would not cause obvious effect,but excessive addition would reduce the relative strength of the dye.It is necessary to ensure that the molar ratio of NNO is more than 2.16 of the cationic dye raw powder.When the molar ratio was 2.16,the maximum amount of sodium sulfate was 0.9 of the molar ratio of NNO to sodium sulfate.When the molar ratio was 2.5,the maximum amount of sodium sulfate added was 0.45 of the molar ratio of NNO to sodium sulfate.
