摘　　要：经过在湖北武汉江夏方舱医院一月余抗疫工作中不断总结和摸索,积累中医药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)无症状感染者的经验:通过对112例新冠病毒无症状感染者中医病机观察,总结其特点为寒湿疫邪,袭表、困脾、阻肺。围绕伤寒论六经辨证、三焦辨证、卫气营血辨证总结出该病无症状期的病机传变规律,即表虚邪实,肺脾不足,气阴两虚,三焦失和。治疗上利用中医培土生金治法理论,辨证论治,疗效显著。After more than one month of anti epidemic work in Jiangxia fangcang hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province,we have accumulated the experience of treating asymptomatic patients with COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine:through the observation of the pathogenesis of 112 asymptomatic patients with COVID-19,we conclude that it is characterized by cold dampness and pestilence,attacking the surface,trapping the spleen and blocking the lung.Based on the syndrome differentiation of six meridians,three Jiao and Wei Qi Ying Xue,the pathogenesis transmission law of the asymptomatic period of the disease is summarized,that is,the exterior deficiency and evil excess,the deficiency of lung and spleen,the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the loss of three Jiao.In terms of treatment,the theory of Strengthening Earth to Support Metal in traditional Chinese medicine is used,and the treatment is based on syndrome differentiation.The curative effect is remarkable.
