从《温疫论》浅谈新型冠状病毒肺炎

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease-2019,COVID-19),作为一种瘟病,其强烈的传染性和流行性严重危害广大人民的身体健康,基于此,从明代吴又可《温疫论》浅谈新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治具有重要的意义。《温疫论》一书详细探讨了瘟疫的因机症治,详述治疗瘟疫应从病因病机入手,治疗着重祛邪,且在治疗中应分初期、中期、末期三期治疗,初期宜透达膜原,中期宜急症急攻,后期宜滋养阴液。As a plague,COVID-19 s strong infectivity seriously endanger the health of the people.Based on this,it is of great significance to discuss the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 from Wen Yi Lun by WU Youke in the Ming Dynasty.The book Wen Yi Lun discussed the causes,pathogenesis and treatment of the plague in detail.It details that the treatment of the plague should start with the etiology and pathogenesis,and the treatment should focus on eliminating pathogenic factors.In addition,the treatment should be divided into three stages:initial stage,middle stage and final stage.In the initial stage,it is appropriate to reach the Mo Yuan,in the middle stage,it is appropriate to attack the emergency,and in the later stage,it is appropriate to nourish Yin fluid.
