国医大师熊继柏教授运用天麻止痉散治疗脑病举隅

摘　　要：“高巅之上,惟风可到”,熊继柏教授认为脑病的发生与内风密切相关。内风袭脑,留滞经络,常表现为头部及肢体的动摇、口角歪斜、头面部疼痛等症状。治疗上,熊教授常用祛风通络止痉之法,以验方天麻止痉散随证加减,临床疗效显著。现结合案例介绍其运用天麻止痉散治疗脑科疾病的特色经验。“Above the top,only the wind can reach”,Professor XIONG Jibai believes that the occurrence of encephalopathy is closely related to internal wind.The internal wind attacks the brain and stagnates the meridians,often manifested as shaking of the head and limbs,askew of the mouth,head and face pain and other symptoms.In terms of treatment,Professor XIONG often uses the method of dispelling wind,dredging collaterals and relieving spasm,and adds or subtracts Tianma Zhijing powder with the syndrome,which has a significant clinical effect.Combined with cases,this paper introduces his characteristic experience of using Tianma Zhijing powder to treat brain diseases.
