摘　　要：目的综述中医药治疗炎症相关性结直肠癌的研究与治疗进展。方法中医药治疗炎症性结直肠癌发挥着重要作用与优势,现通过对近几年的相关文献进行梳理,从病因病机、实验研究、临床实践及预防等方面做一综述。结果实验研究和具体的临床治疗都肯定了中医药治疗的效果,但尚未被广泛推广,仍有不足。结论中医药成为治疗炎症性结直肠癌的重要思路与方法,效果明显,同时需不断的发现与发展。Objective To summarize the research and treatment progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of inflammation related colorectal cancer.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the treatment of inflammatory colorectal cancer.This paper reviews the relevant literature in recent years from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,experimental research,clinical practice and prevention.Results Experimental research and specific clinical treatment have confirmed the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,but it has not been widely promoted,and there are still deficiencies.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has become an important idea and method for the treatment of inflammatory colorectal cancer,and the effect is obvious.At the same time,it needs continuous discovery and development.
