摘　　要：实验用小型猪因其体型小,生理生化指标以及组织器官与人类比较接近,被广泛应用在医学临床以及生命科学等多个研究领域。笔者介绍了实验用小型猪部分国内外品种资源,阐述了近年来小型猪在心血管系统疾病、内分泌系统疾病、消化系统疾病、运动系统疾病、器官异种移植、肿瘤疾病等方面的研究应用,并展望了实验用小型猪在不同行业的应用前景,以促进小型猪科学研究的开展和应用。Experimental miniature pigs are widely used in many research fields,such as medicine,clinical and life science,because they have small body size,and their physiological and biochemical indexes,tissues and organs are similar to those of human beings.This paper introduces some domestic and foreign breed resources of experimental miniature pigs,and elaborates their latest research and application in cardiovascular system diseases,endocrine system diseases,digestive system diseases,motor system diseases,organ xenotransplantation,tumor and other diseases in recent years.Finally,this paper looks into the application prospect of experimental miniature pigs in different industries so as to promote the development and application of scientific researches on miniature pigs.
