摘　　要：新文科建设把应用型本科院校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养推上一个新台阶。在简要分析新文科建设的概念与人才培养的基础上,剖析国际经济与贸易专业人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了加快新时期国际经济与贸易专业应用型、复合型人才培养的新方略。即重新设计人才培养方案;探索专业课程的交叉融合;课堂教学方式方法“智能化”;推进新文科师资建设;构建引领文科发展的评价体系等。The construction of new liberal arts has pushed the training of international economic and trade professionals to a new level in application-oriented undergraduate universities.Based on a brief analysis of the concept of the new liberal arts construction and personnel training,and the main problems existing in the training of international economics and trade professionals,a new strategy for accelerating the training of applied and compound talents for international economics and trade in the new era is put forward.Namely:redesign the talent training plan;explore the cross-integration of professional courses;"intelligent"classroom teaching methods;promote the construction of new liberal arts teachers;build an evaluation system that leads the development of liberal arts,etc.
