水分胁迫对楸树4种嫁接苗生长的影响

摘  要:以4种砧木嫁接的豫楸1号幼苗为材料,采用盆栽水淹法进行了水涝胁迫实验,观测了豫楸1号4种砧木嫁接苗叶片症状的变化,测定了苗高、地径等形态指标和根系活力等生理指标。结果表明:在水涝胁迫下,4种砧木嫁接苗的叶片随着水涝胁迫时间的延长呈现变黄、脱落的趋势,苗高和地径的相对生长率及根系活力随着胁迫时间的延长而下降,其中灰楸和梓树嫁接苗长出气生根;综合叶片症状变化、苗高和地径相对生长率及根系活力变化可知,灰楸和梓树嫁接苗耐水涝的能力较强。Catalpa bungei cl.‘Yu-1’seedlings grafted with four rootstocks were used as materials.Water-logging stress experiment was carried out by potting water-logging method.The changes of leaf symptoms of four rootstocks grafted seedlings of Catalpa bungei cl.‘Yu-1’ were observed.Morphological indexes such as seedling height,ground diameter,physiological indexes and root activity were measured.The results showed that under water-logging stress,the leaves of grafted seedlings of the four rootstocks tended to turn yellow and fall off with the extension of water-logging stress time,and the relative growth rates of seedling height and ground diameter and root activity decreased with the extension of stress time,among which the grafted seedlings of C.fargesii and C.ovate grow aerial roots.Based on the changes of leaf symptoms,relative growth rate of seedling height,ground diameter and root activity,the grafted seedlings of C.fargesii and C.ovate.had strong water-logging resistance.
