摘 要:随着社会经济迅速发展,各地建设用地规模也发生了相应变化,探讨建设用地规模变化并分析其影响因素对土地利用规划及社会经济总体发展规划具有重要意义。以山西省运城市建设用地面积变化为研究对象,运用空间分析和相关性分析探讨了1987~2017年运城市建设用地面积变化规律及影响因素。结果表明:时间上,1987~2017年运城市建设用地面积变化有两个明显的增值期:1987~1990年和2013~2017年;空间上,盐湖区和河津市建设用地面积增加较明显,其余县市增加较少。分析结果表明:影响运城市建设用地规模变化的主要因素为地区生产总值、固定资产投资总额和社会消费品零售总额。Since the reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization has been accelerated as well as the social and economic development has been rapid.The scale of construction land has also changed accordingly.It is of great significance to explore the scale of construction land change and analyze its influencing factors for land use planning and overall social and economic development planning.This paper takes the construction land area changes of Yuncheng city in Shanxi Province as the research object,and uses spatial analysis and correlation analysis to explore the rule and influencing factors of construction land area changes of Yuncheng city from 1987 to 2017.The results show that from 1987 to 2017,there are two obvious increment periods:1987~1990 and 2013~2017;Spatially,the built-up land area of Yanhu District and Hejin City increased significantly,while that of other counties and cities increased less.It is concluded that the main factors affecting the change of construction land scale in Yuncheng City are gross regional product,total investment in fixed assets and total retail sales of consumer goods.
