“国际化+”城市建设背景下的语言景观研究——基于青岛市韩国人聚居区的考察

摘　　要：目前国内多座城市正在推进“国际化+”城市建设,多语种语言服务是国际化城市建设的重要组成部分。对青岛市韩国人聚居社区语言景观的考察,获得510个有效样本,经统计分析,发现青岛市韩国人聚居区的语码构成主要有中韩英日四个语种;自下而上标牌的语言模式比自上而下的语言模式更加丰富;语言景观的呈现方式反映了法律、文化等因素的影响;语言景观的参与者与中韩融合性文化生态的形成有密切联系;公共空间范围和相对封闭程度与语言使用存在一定相关性。基于研究结果,建议青岛市公共空间语言景观建设应当从语言生态、语言服务、语言管理、区域特色和多模态建设五个方面精准施策。Qingdao is experiencing the construction of "internationalization plus".Multilingual language service is an important part of international city construction.In this paper,510 valid samples are obtained by investigating the language landscape of the Korean community in Qingdao.According to statistical analysis,this paper claims that the language code composition of the Korean-inhabited area in Qingdao mainly consists of four languages:Chinese,Korean,English,and Japanese;the bottom-up language model is more abundant than the top-down language model;the presentation of the language landscape reflects the influence of factors such as law and culture;the participants of the language landscape are closely related to the formation of the Chinese and Korean fusion cultural ecology;the scope of public space and the relative degree of closure are related to language use.Based on the research results,the construction of language landscape in Qingdao’s public space should be precisely implemented in five aspects:language ecology,language services,language management,regional characteristics and multi-modal construction.
