摘　　要：国家铁路局发布《铁路列车调度指挥系统及调度集中系统工程检测规程》TB/T 10435—2020,自2020年11月1日起实施。铁路列车调度指挥系统(TDCS)及调度集中系统(CTC)是铁路信号技术装备,是铁路运输的重要行车设备和指挥中枢。规程充分借鉴和吸纳中国铁路TDCS和CTC工程建设实践经验,紧密结合相关工程设计和验收标准编制而成。Specification for Engineering Test of Train Dispatching and Commanding System and Centralized Traffic Control System(TB/T 10435-2020)is hereby issued by National Railway Administration,and will come into force on November 1,2020.Railway Train Dispatching Command System(TDCS)and Centralized Traffic Control System(CTC)are railway signaling equipment of technology and important train operation equipment and command center of railway transportation.This Specification is formulated by fully drawing on and absorbing the best practices of railway TDCS and CTC engineering construction in China and closely consistent with relevant engineering design and acceptance standards.
