埃及城市轨道交通项目前期开发的思考与实践——以斋月十日城铁路项目为例

摘　　要：阐述了埃及斋月十日城铁路项目的背景及功能定位,分析了工程可行性研究报告编制的特殊性,结合项目的功能定位,总结和探讨了适应欧美技术标准、欧美管理体系下工程可行性研究报告编制及后续评估的主要特点和要求,提出了针对该项目的主要技术方案,给出了轨道交通项目前期开发的建议。This paper expounds the background and function positioning of the Egypt 10th Ramadan Railway Project,and analyzes the particularity of the preparation of project feasibility study report.Coupled with function positioning,this paper summarizes and explores the main characteristics and requirements of the preparation and followup evaluation of the project feasibility study report under the European and American technical standards and management systems,and puts forward the main technical schemes of the project and gives suggestions for the early development of rail transit projects.
