摘　　要：目的:探究供应商管理平台在复旦大学附属儿科医院医疗器械管理中产生的供应链协同效应,评价其对供应链管理的效果。方法:通过建立Stackeberg动态博弈模型分析与供应商进行协同合作的必要性,再利用信息化手段,以工作流为引擎,基于云平台服务模式建立医疗器械的供应商管理平台,将医院资源规划(Hospital Resource Planning,HRP)与供应商关系管理(Supplier Relationship Management,SRM)平台进行资源整合共享。结果:SRM平台实现了医疗器械的全生命周期管理,提高了管理和工作效率,在协同管理效应下的供应链利润更高。结论:SRM平台是规范供应链管理的有效手段,可帮助儿科医院与供应商实现战略共赢。Objective:To explore the synergistic effect of supplier management platform in medical device management of Pediatric Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University,and evaluate its effect on supply chain management.Methods:Through the establishment of Stackeberg dynamic game model,the necessity of cooperation with suppliers was analyzed.The supplier management platform of medical devices was established based on the cloud platform service mode with the workflow as the engine by using information means,and hospital resource planning(HRP)and SRM platform were integrated and shared.Results:SRM platform realized the whole life cycle management of medical devices,improved the management and work efficiency,and the supply chain profit was higher under the synergistic management effect.Conclusion:SRM platform is a popular means to standardize supply chain management,and can help pediatric hospitals and suppliers achieve strategic win-win situation.
