摘　　要：目的:探讨256层X射线计算机体层摄影设备(Brilliance iCT,以下简称iCT)对冠状动脉左前降支心肌桥及对心功能的诊断意义。方法:随机选择2021年1月~2021年12月在本院采用256层iCT行冠状动脉计算机体层摄影血管造影成像检查的心绞痛患者108例。利用飞利浦256层iCT进行冠状动脉计算机体层摄影血管造影成像,获得容积数据后,用飞利浦星云工作站血管分析软件、心功能分析软件,分析壁冠状动脉不同深度、不同长度、心肌桥不同厚度以及心肌桥指数对心功能的影响。结果:不同壁冠状动脉深度、长度、心肌桥厚度、心肌桥指数的患者左心室收缩期末容积、左心室舒张期末容积、每搏输出量、射血分数、心排血量比较,差异具有统计学意义;但左心室短轴缩短率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:256层iCT能清晰显示心脏结构,准确测量心功能指标,因此可用于评价冠状动脉左前降支心肌桥及对心功能的影响。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic significance of the left anterior descending coronary myocardial bridge on 256-slice iCT and cardiac function.Methods:A total of 108 patients with angina pectoris who underwent coronary CTA imaging with 256-slice iCT in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected.Coronary CTA imaging was performed with a Philips 256-slice iCT to obtain volumetric data,the effects of different depths of the mural coronary arteries,different lengths,and thicknesses of the myocardial bridges,as well as the myocardial bridge index,on cardiac function were analyzed with the Philips nebulette workstation vascular analysis software.Results:ESV,EDV,SV,EF,CO were compared among patients with different mural coronary depth,length,myocardial bridge thickness,and myocardial bridge index,and the differences were statistically significant;However,the comparison of FS was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The 256-slice iCT clearly visualizes the structure of the heart and accurately measures indices of cardiac function,so it can be used to evaluate the myocardial bridge of the left anterior descending coronary artery and its effect on cardiac function.
