腹部CT增强扫描对结肠癌TNM分期的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探究腹部CT增强扫描在结肠癌TNM分期中的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年7月~2019年5月本院收治的71例结肠癌患者,所有患者接受腹部CT增强扫描,评估扫描T分期、N分期、M分期结果。结果:CT增强扫描确诊T分期患者55例,正确率77.46%;确诊N分期患者60例,正确率84.51%;M分期患者66例、正确率92.86%。结论:经腹部CT增强扫描诊断结果与病理学结果接近,可为临床诊断提供可靠依据。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal enhanced CT scanning in TNM staging of colon cancer.Methods:71 patients with colon cancer from July 2018 to May 2019 were selected.All patients underwent abdominal CT enhanced scanning,and the results of T,N and M stages were evaluated.Results:55 patients with T stage were diagnosed by enhanced CT scanning,and the correct rate was 77.46%;60 patients with N stage were diagnosed,and the correct rate was 84.51%;There were 66 patients with M stage,and the correct rate was 92.86%.Conclusion:The diagnostic results of transabdominal CT enhanced scan are close to the pathological results,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
