摘 要:为了解决传统大型供热锅炉在工作中排烟损失大、能耗高、运行经济性差的不足,提出了一种新的基于低温烟气余热回收技术的供热锅炉节能系统,对余热回收装置和深度治理装置的性能特点。技术创新点等进行了详细的分析。根据实际应用表明,新的大型供热锅炉余热回收系统,能够将耗煤量降低7.3%,将烟气中的含水量由最初的13%降低到了4%,将粉尘浓度降低51.1%,年节约成本约560万元,极大地提升了锅炉供热的效率和经济性。In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional large heating boilers in terms of high exhaust loss,high energy consumption and poor operating economy in operation,a new energy-saving system for heating boilers based on low-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery technology is proposed,and the performance characteristics of the waste heat recovery device and depth treatment device are presented.The technical innovation points and so on are analysed in detail.According to the practical application,the new waste heat recovery system for large heating boilers is able to reduce coal consumption by 7.3%,reduce the water content in the flue gas from the initial 13%to 4%,reduce the dust concentration by 51.1%and save annual costs by about 5.6 million RMB,which greatly improves the efficiency and economy of boiler heating.
