关于火电厂电量计费系统改造与应用

摘　　要：为适应电力现货交易需要,对张家口发电厂电量计费系统中电度表的改造前后进行分析,提出了由脉冲法进行计费,以及新电度表辅助服务功能和对应的虚负荷校验步骤。这套新型电量计费系统,在完整的收集、显示、传输、上传电量数据的情况下,能够有效、准确、实时处理电量及相关数据信息。In order to meet the needs of power spot trading,the before and after transformation of the electricity meter in the electricity billing system of Zhangjiakou Power Plant is analyzed,and the billing by pulse method,as well as the auxiliary service function of the new meter and the corresponding false load checking steps are proposed.This new electricity billing system,with complete collection,display,transmission and uploading of electricity data,is able to process electricity and related data information effectively,accurately and in real time.
