摘  要:梭车是煤矿开采的重要运煤设备,其运行效率将会对整体煤矿生产的进度产生较大影响,其中在牵引梭车中行走系统是一项重要内容。以梭车变频调束系统中主回路、控制回路作为切入点,对控制系统展开分析,讨论研究了变频器的参数设置,并确定了矢量控制、变频电机的参数,为煤矿下使用设备广泛应用变频调速系统提供参考。The shuttle is an important coal transport equipment in coal mining,and its operating efficiency will have a great impact on the overall coal production progress,of which the walking system in the traction shuttle is an important element.The main circuit and control circuit of the shuttle car frequency control system are used as the entry point to analyze the control system,discuss and study the parameter setting of the frequency converter,and determine the parameters of the vector control and frequency motor to provide reference for the widely used frequency control system of the equipment under the coal mine.
