摘 要:由于三相共箱GIL相间距急剧降低,导致其短路电动力显著大于分相GIL,共箱GIL更容易使导电杆产生大幅度的振动,甚至破坏GIL的绝缘部分,需要精确分析共箱GIL短路电动力的大小和方向,指导共箱GIL的机械强度设计。分析了短路电动力的计算原理和计算方法,通过有限元软件对三相共箱GIL的短路电动力进行计算,提取了适用于工程设计的电动力,提出了适用于三相共箱GIL用绝缘子的机械强度试验方法和三相共箱GIL整体的抗振计算思路。The sharp reduction of the phase to phase distance of the three phase enclosure type GIL causes its short-circuit electrodynamic force to be greater than the single-phase GIL,which is easier to cause a large amplitude vibration of the conductor and even damage the insulating part of the GIL.It is necessary to accurately analyze the size and direction of the short-circuit electrodynamic force to guide the mechanical strength design of the three phase enclosure type GIL.This paper analyzes the calculation principle and method of short-circuit electrodynamic force,calculates the short-circuit electrodynamic force of three phase enclosure type GIL through finite element software,extracts the electrodynamic force suitable for engineering design,and puts forward the mechanical strength test method of insulator suitable for three phase enclosure type GIL and the overall anti vibration calculation thought of three phase enclosure type GIL.
