摘　　要：企业要提高安全文化水平,首先必须准确描述企业自身安全文化水平的发展阶段,然后有针对性地制定提高安全文化水平的计划,最大限度地利用企业有限的资源,满足优先改进的需要,实现安全生产目标。通过建立安全文化成熟度模型,可准确描述企业改进安全文化的水平,帮助企业制定优先改进计划。In order to improve the level of safety culture,enterprises must first accurately describe the development stage of their own safety culture level,and then make targeted plans to improve the level of safety culture,maximize the use of the limited resources of the enterprise,meet the needs of priority improvement,and achieve the goal of safe production.By establishing a safety culture maturity model,the level of an enterprise's safety culture improvement can be accurately described,helping the enterprise to develop a priority improvement plan.
