摘　　要：针对项目进场前地下室已完成的特殊工况,通过将塔吊基础设置在首层板上,利用周边结构柱及剪力墙,在首层板上增加基础梁,将承载力经基础梁、结构柱传递,从而实现通过结构梁-柱传力的方式在首层板上布置钢筋混凝土塔吊异形基础的目标。新工艺避免了地下室结构开洞,减少了对原有地下结构的破坏和地下成品的损坏,解决了在特殊施工工况下塔吊基础的选型与施工难题,取得了良好的效果。As to the special working conditions that the basement has been completed before the beginning of the project, by setting the tower crane foundation on the first floor slab, using the surrounding structural columns and shear walls, the foundation beams are added on the first floor slab, which transfers the bearing capacity through the foundation beams and structural columns, and the goal of arranging reinforced concrete tower crane special-shaped foundation on the first floor slab by means of structural beam-column force transfer is achieved. The new technology avoids the opening of holes in the basement structure, reduces the damage to the original underground structure and the damage to the underground finished products, solves the problems of the selection and construction of the tower crane foundation under special construction conditions, and achieves good results.
