底板后浇带的防渗漏研究

摘　　要：针对地下室底板后浇带处渗漏水的问题,对期渗漏原因进行了分析,并对防渗漏处理方式进行了研究。通过在后浇带垫层底部采用预埋塑料盲沟导流,来降低地下水水压,并采用止水鱼鳞网片代替以往钢丝网骨架,提升后浇带接缝处施工质量,来降低底板后浇带渗漏水风险,相关研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。In view of the problem of water leakage at the post cast strip of basement floor, the causes of leakage are analyzed, and the anti-leakage treatment methods are studied. The underground water pressure is reduced by using the embedded plastic blind ditch for diversion at the bottom of the post cast strip cushion, and the waterproof fish scale mesh is used to replace the previous steel mesh framework to improve the construction quality at the joints of the post cast strip, so as to reduce the risk of water leakage of the post cast strip of the bottom slab. The relevant research results can provide reference for similar projects.
