摘  要:张弦梁结构张拉时构件会发生形变,如按设计姿态加工,构件会在张拉完成后与设计姿态产生较大出入,从而影响后续屋面等结构的安装。为解决此问题,以北京银行顺义科技研发中心工程为背景,提出了一种张弦梁预应力分析方法,利用有限元分析软件对构件的位移进行计算,假设出一个初始状态模型,对模型施加预应力,将所得到最终状态模型与设计姿态模型进行比对,最终得到一个准确的初始状态模型,为构件加工提供了可靠依据。该方法在工程中得到了成功应用,安装完成后构件形态与设计形态基本吻合,满足设计及规范要求,取得了较好的效果,从而验证了该方法的可行性,可为今后其他类似工程提供借鉴。When the string beam structure is tensioned, the members will deform. If the members are processed according to the design attitude, they will differ greatly from the design attitude after tension, which will affect the subsequent installation of roofs and other structures. In order to solve this problem, taking the Shunyi Science and Technology Research And Development Center project of Bank of Beijing as the background, a prestress analysis method for stretched string beam is proposed. The displacement of the member is calculated by finite element analysis software, an initial state model is assumed, and the prestress is applied to the model. The final state model obtained is compared with the design attitude model, and an accurate initial state model is finally obtained. It provides a reliable basis for member processing. The method is successfully applied in the project. After the installation, the member shape basically coincides with the design shape and meets the requirements of the design and specifications, and good results are achieved, which verifies the feasibility of the method. It can provide reference for other similar projects in the future.
