摘　　要：结合工程实际,针对GRC外墙板的生产和安装难题,自主开发了一种可动态调整安装坐标的施工工艺和一种安装过程中的精准定位装置,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工费用,取得了可观的社会与经济效益。形成了一套成熟的装配式GRC幕墙生产安装体系,可为类似项目提供借鉴。Combined with the engineering practice, aiming at the production and installation problems of GRC exterior wall plates, a construction process that can dynamically adjust the installation coordinates and a precise positioning device in the installation process is independently developed, which shortens the construction period, saves the construction cost, and achieves considerable social and economic benefits. A mature production and installation system of prefabricated GRC curtain wall is formed, which can provide reference for similar projects.
