摘  要:为解决西交利物浦大学太仓校区教学区项目屋面工程施工中存在的设备基础众多、防水层施工难度大、渗漏隐患多等难题,通过采用后置式的设备基础做法,为防水层施工提供了大面积整体式的铺贴作业面,大幅减少了屋面的防水薄弱点;通过采用高分子膜基防水卷材和非固化蠕变型橡胶沥青防水涂料组成复合防水层,有效提高了屋面防水层的防渗性和耐久性。经实践,所述技术措施取得了良好的屋面防水效果,社会与经济效益显著。To solve the problems existing in the roof engineering construction of the teaching area project of Taicang campus of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, such as many equipment foundations, difficult waterproof layer construction, and many hidden dangers of leakage, the post placed equipment foundation method is adopted to provide a large-area integral paving operation surface for the waterproof layer construction, which greatly reduces the weak points of waterproof of the roof. By polymer membrane based waterproof coiled material and non-curing creep rubber asphalt waterproof coating to form a composite waterproof layer, the permeability and durability of the roof waterproof layer are effectively improved. Through practice, the technical measures have achieved good roof waterproof effect and remarkable social and economic benefits.
