摘  要:某新建冷链仓储项目1#、2#冷库地下1层为低温冷库(-20~-18℃),将地下室作为低温冷库使用在国内比较少见,其核心在于解决冷库冷藏间地下室外墙、地下室地坪与土壤接触部位的防冻胀问题。通过采用乙二醇地面防冻系统、防冻空气夹层,结合墙地面保温系统,并辅以相应的通风和排水措施,使得地下室低温冷库的防冻胀问题得到了有效解决,可为类似工程设计和施工提供参考。It is rare to use the basement as a low-temperature cold storage in China. In a new cold chain storage project,the basement of 1# and 2# cold storage is a low-temperature cold storage(-20 ℃~-18 ℃), the core of which is to solve the problem of anti-freeze heave of the basement outer wall of the cold storage room, the basement floor and the contact part between the soil. Using glycol ground anti-freezing system and anti-freezing air interlayer, combined with wall and ground insulation system, supplemented by corresponding ventilation and drainage measures, the antifreeze problem of low-temperature cold storage in the basement is effectively solved. It can provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
