摘  要:为消除周边基坑开挖施工对上海优秀历史建筑红楼结构安全造成的不利影响,采取主动托换调平抢修加固的办法对其进行保护。在抢修加固施工中,通过托换钢结构室内吊装安拆3种方案的比选,选择一种拆卸式龙门架的室内吊装方案,快速地完成主动调平托换钢结构及设备的安装,在周边基坑开挖施工过程中,及时、有效地对优秀历史建筑进行了保护,为类似保护建筑的室内吊装施工积累了经验及参考案例。To eliminate the adverse impact of the surrounding foundation pit excavation on the structure safety of Honglou of Shanghai excellent historical building, the method of active underpinning, leveling, emergency repair and reinforcement is adopted to protect it. In the rush repair and reinforcement construction, through the comparison and selection of three schemes of indoor hoisting, installation and disassembly of underpinning steel structure, an indoor hoisting scheme of detachable gantry is selected to quickly complete the installation of active leveling underpinning steel structure and equipment. During the excavation and construction of surrounding foundation pit, excellent historical buildings are protected timely and effectively. It accumulates experience and reference cases for indoor hoisting construction of similar protected buildings.
