钾聚磺压滤液对再配制钻井液的性能影响

摘  要:对某油田现场钾聚磺压滤液进行了离子分析,考察了其对基浆水化分散以及对钻井液增黏包被剂ZNJ、钻井液降滤失剂JLSJ-1和JLSJ-2三种添加剂的影响。结果表明:钾聚磺压滤液矿化度高达88344 mg/L;清水基浆的ζ电位为4.5 mV,而压滤液基浆的ζ电位为1 mV;压滤液的加入对3种钻井液添加剂都存在影响。钾聚磺压滤液回用再配制钻井液的新工艺为稀释胶液法和螯合屏蔽法,螯合屏蔽剂PBJ-1的加量为0.5%~0.6%。The ion analysis of potassium polysulfonate drilling hydraulic filtrate was carried out,the effects of the press filtrate on the hydration and dispersion of the base slurry and on drilling fluid viscosity-enhancing coating agent ZNJ,drilling fluid fluid loss control agent JLSJ-1 and JLSJ-23 additives were investigated.The new technology of reusing potassium polysulfonate filtrate to reconstitute drilling fluid was studied.The results show that the salinity of the press filtrate is as high as 88344 mg/L,theζpotential of clean water-based slurry is 4.5 mV,and that of the press filtrate based slurry is 1 mV,the addition of press filtrate has an effect on the three drilling fluid additives.The new processes of reusing potassium polysulfonate filtrate to prepare drilling fluid are dilution gel method and chelation shielding method,the dosage of chelation shielding agent PBJ-1 is 0.5%-0.6%.
