风险容忍、家庭就业期望对大学生初次就业满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：在大学生就业形势复杂严峻背景下,本研究探讨风险容忍和家庭就业期望对大学生初次就业满意度的影响路径。基于SEM模型,通过对632名大学毕业生开展实证研究发现:大学生风险容忍是由风险控制能力、风险态度倾向、风险承担能力和风险预见能力构成的4因子模型;风险容忍正向影响初次就业满意度;家庭就业期望对风险容忍有正向的预测作用;风险容忍在家庭就业期望与初次就业满意度之间起到完全中介作用。根据调查结论,从提高大学生风险容忍和家庭就业期望调整两方面给出提升大学生初次就业满意度的对策建议。Under the background of the increasingly prominent employment risk of college students,this study explores the influence of risk tolerance and family employment expectations on college students'initial employment satisfaction.Based on the SEM model and questionnaire of 632 college graduates,it's shows that college students'risk tolerance is a 4-factor model composed of risk control ability,risk appetite,risk-taking ability and risk prediction ability;Risk tolerance positively affects initial employment satisfaction,family employment expectation has a positive predictive effect on risk tolerance.And risk tolerance plays a fully intermediation between family employment expectation and initial employment satisfaction.According to the conclusion,the countermeasures to improve the initial employment satisfaction of college students are given from risk tolerance and family employment expectations.
