摘  要:高速热镦锻机顶出器模具工作条件恶劣、寿命低。文章以H13制造的顶出器模具为研究对象,对因开裂而失效的模具进行分析,发现其成分合格,金相组织正常,工作面渗氮层正常,但过水孔加工刀痕明显,渗氮不均匀,开裂面呈现放射状纹路等特征。经综合分析,找到模具开裂原因,并据此改进模具制造工艺,延长了模具的使用寿命,维持设备的正常运作。Ejector die for high-speed hot upsetting works at poor condition with low life. This text studied the die made from H13. It was found that the composition was qualified, the microstructure was normal, the nitriding layer on working surface was normal through the analysis of the cracked die, but the flushing hole had the characteristics such as significant cutter marks of machining, non-uniform nitriding, cracking surface presenting a radial pattern. After comprehensive analysis, the cause of die cracking had been found out, the consequent improvement on the die making process done, thus the life of die lasting to maintain the the equipment operating normally.
