摘  要:第三代蓄热式钢包烘烤器采用双蓄热及分级燃烧技术,具有高效节能和环保的特点。韶钢炼钢工序通过技术改造,淘汰原来的单蓄热式烘烤器,采用双蓄热及分级燃烧的第三代烘烤器,收到了好的节能效果。文章主要介绍了双蓄热烘烤器的原理、项目的改造内容及改造效果。The third generation of heat storage ladle baking machine adopts double regenerative and graded combustion technology, with the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The steelmaking process applied by SGIS eliminated the original single regenerative baking device through technical transformation. The use of double regenerative and graded combustion of the third generation of baking device, has received a good energy saving effect.This paper mainly introduced the principle of the project and the effect of the project.
