摘　　要：全自动CO_(2)气体保护横焊设备简单,操作灵活,对焊工的操作技能要求较低。横焊焊缝具有表面波纹均匀、宽窄一致、高低平整、成型美观等优点。采用钛型全位置焊接药芯焊丝,开非对称V形坡口,在一定的焊接工艺及焊接参数下能够获得成形美观的焊缝。经焊接无损检验和力学性能试验表明:焊缝质量符合要求,焊接质量好。The automatic CO_(2)gas shielded transverse welding equipment is simple and flexible to operate, and the requirements for welder’s operation skills are low. The transverse welding seam has the advantages of uniform surface ripple, uniform width, flat height and beautiful shape. By using titanium type all position welding flux cored wire with asymmetric V-groove, beautiful weld can be obtained under certain welding process and welding parameters. Non-destructive testing and mechanical properties tests of welding show that the weld quality meets the requirements and the welding quality is good.
