摘  要:为了检测压力管道四通管的外表面缺陷,根据工件结构特点和加工工艺确定磁粉检测的磁化方法,结合工件尺寸,依据行业标准确定磁化规范,并用标准试片对磁化效果较差的部位进行灵敏度验证。结果表明:通过选用合适的磁化方法、磁化规范、磁化次数、磁化时间等检测工艺参数,外表面上的缺陷能够有效检出,具有较高的检测灵敏度。In order to detect the outer surface defects of four-way pipes of pressure pipe, the magnetization method of magnetic particle testing is determined according to the structural characteristics and processing technology of the workpiece, and the magnetization specification is determined according to the industry standard in combination with the workpiece size, and the standard test piece is used to verify the sensitivity of the part with poor magnetization effect. The results show that: by selecting the appropriate magnetization method, magnetization specification, magnetization times, magnetization time and other testing process parameters, the defects on the outer surface can be effectively detected with high detection sensitivity.
