摘　　要：高校青年党员教育管理是高校党建工作的重要内容,党员教育管理水平是政党战斗力与凝聚力的重要体现。高校青年党员教育具有专业性和发展性特点,教育内容具有政治性和实践性特征。研究高校青年党员教育管理的主体、组织、制度、线上线下教育融合的“四维协同”新模式,能够为高校青年党员教育管理赋能,为建设幸福辽宁贡献智慧。The education and management of young Party members is an important part of the Party building work in colleges and universities. The education and management level of Party members is an important embodiment of the combat effectiveness and cohesion of political parties. The education of young Party members in colleges and universities has characteristics of professionalism and development, and the educational content has the characteristics of politics and practice. Studying the new "four-dimensional" collaborative mode of the main body,organization, system and online and offline education integration of the education and management of young Party members in colleges and universities can empower the education and management of young Party members in colleges and universities and contribute wisdom to the construction of a happy Liaoning.
