摘 要:为了精确计算固井施工过程中低密度水泥浆和常规密度水泥浆的环空流动摩阻,通过收集苏里格气田苏14、苏47、苏48和桃2四个区块的固井施工数据,结合测井声幅图,基于统计原理结合最小二乘法,精确计算优选的45口井的低密度和常规密度水泥浆的环空流动摩阻。在环空返速为0.2759 m/s时,低密度水泥浆、常规密度水泥浆的环空流动摩阻分别为1.268×10^(5)、5.5131×10^(5)Pa/100 m。该理论计算结果与固井施工实际数据偏差较小。精确计算环空水泥浆流动摩阻对固井施工的压力设计、水泥浆浆柱结构设计、固井质量等具有重要的指导意义。In order to accurately calculate the annular friction resistance of low-density cement slurry and conventional-density cement slurry during cementing operation,cementing operation data from four blocks of Sulige Gas Field are collected,namely Su 14,Su 47,Su 48 and Tao 2.Combining the acoustic amplitude logging,the annular cement slurry friction resistance of the low-density and conventional-density of optimal 45 wells are accurately calculated,which is based on statistical principle and least square method.When the annular return velocity is 0.2759 m/s,the flow friction resistance of low-density and conventional-density cement slurry is 1.268×10^(5)Pa/100 m,5.5131×10^(5)Pa/100 m respectively.The theoretical calculation result has a small deviation from actual data of cementing operation.The accurate calculation of annular flow friction resistance has important guiding significance for pressure design of cementing operation,the column structure design of the cement slurry and cementing quality.
