摘  要:在配有多旋转部件的设备中,各部件旋转产生的流场相互作用导致系统内整体流场复杂多变,需要对整体流场进行模拟计算。为了验证OpenFOAM用于多旋转部件三维流场的模拟计算的可行性,以多轴搅拌器作为实验模型,以OpenFOAM-8.0为平台,在转速为50 rpm的工况下进行模拟计算。结果表明,可以完成搅拌釜内复杂流场计算,各个旋转搅拌桨的流动交汇产生的干涉清晰可见,计算结果可以为设备设计提供参考。OpenFOAM在多部件旋转的模拟计算中具有可行性和应用性。In the equipment with multi rotating parts,the interaction of flow field caused by rotation of each part leads to complex and changeable overall flow field in the system,so simulation of the overall flow field needs to be calculated.In order to verify the feasibility of OpenFOAM in the simulation calculation of three-dimensional flow field of multi rotating parts,the multi shaft agitator is used as the experimental model,and OpenFOAM-8.0 is used as the platform to carry out the simulation calculation at speed of 50 rpm.The results show that the complex flow field in the stirred tank can be calculated,and the interference caused by the flow intersection between the rotating impellers can be clearly seen.The calculation results can provide reference for equipment design.OpenFOAM has feasibility and applicability in simulation calculation of multi-component rotation.
