摘 要:通过试验分析了以页岩陶粒、页岩陶砂为骨料的全轻页岩陶粒混凝土的基本力学性能,将其应用于地下管廊结构,结合现有装配叠合的建造技术,共设计普通混凝土和全轻页岩陶粒混凝土2种管廊结构。通过振动台试验,将2种管廊结构在不同PGA(峰值地震加速度)下的动力特性和动力响应规律进行对比分析,以研究全轻页岩陶粒混凝土装配式管廊的抗震性能。结果表明:2种管廊结构动力响应规律一致,其加速度反应随PGA的增大而增大,随埋深的增大而减小;应用全轻页岩陶粒混凝土可大幅降低管廊结构的地震反应,其加速度峰值降低19.4%,层间位移峰值降低30.1%,钢筋应变峰值降低46%;管廊结构钢筋应变反应和层间位移反应均随PGA的增大而增大,PGA为0.8 g时,结构钢筋应变峰值为28.753με,结构层间位移峰值为4.299 mm,试验结束后未发现结构有明显损伤,表明全轻页岩陶粒混凝土管廊具有良好的变形能力和抗震性能。Through experiments,the basic mechanical properties of full lightweight shale ceramsite concrete with shale ceramsite and shale pottery as aggregates are analyzed.It is applied to the structure of underground utility tunnels,combined with the existing assembly and superposition construction technology,two kinds of utility tunnel structures of ordinary concrete and full lightweight shale ceramsite concreteare designed.Through shaking table tests,the dynamic characteristics and dynamic response laws of the two utility tunnel structures under different PGAs(peak ground accelerations)were compared and analyzed to study the seismic performance of the full light-weight shale ceramsite concrete fabricated utility tunnel.The results show that the dynamic response law of the two utility tunnel structures is the same,and the acceleration response increases with the increase of PGA,but decreases with the increase of the buried depth.The application of light shale ceramsite concrete can greatly reduce the seismic response of the tunnel structure,the peak acceleration can be reduced by 19.4%,the peak interlayer displacement can be reduced by 30.1%,and the peak strain of steel bar can be reduced by 46%.The strain response of reinforcements and interlayer displacement response of the utility tunnel structure increase with the increase of PGA.When PGA is 0.8 g,the peak strain of structural reinforcements is 28.753με,and the peak value of structural interlayer displacement is 4.299 mm.After the test,no obvious structural damage is found,indicating that the full light-weight shale ceramsite concrete fabricated utility tunnel has good deformation capacity and seismic performance.
