医养结合视域下天津社区居家养老服务设施适老化设计及配置策略

摘　　要：天津作为人口众多的直辖市,人口年龄分布呈老龄化态势,由于城市内部配套养老设施数量不足,养老问题形势严峻。以解决此问题为切入点,通过实地田野调研和问卷调查结果进行定量分析,二者结合整理得出医养结合视角下养老设施设计的相关信息并提出相应设计策略。以医疗和养老两种模式联结作为突破口,对老年人养老需求进行广泛调研及分析,提出医养结合模式下切合天津市养老设施需求的设计策略以及配置服务,为老年人提供宜居的生活环境,对老年人身心进行全方位的关怀,提升养老品质。As a municipality with a large population,Tianjin’s population age distribution is aging.Due to the insufficient number of supporting elderly care facilities in the city,the elderly care problem is severe.Taking solving this problem as the breakthrough point,through the quantitative analysis of field research and questionnaire survey results,the two are combined to obtain relevant information on the design of elderly care facilities from the perspective of the combination of medical care and elderly care,and propose corresponding design strategies.Taking the combination of medical care and old-age care as a breakthrough point,it conducts extensive research and analysis on the needs of elderly care for the elderly,and proposes design strategies and configuration services that meet the needs of elderly care facilities in Tianjin under the mode of combining medical care and elderly care,so as to provide a livable living environment for the elderly,to provide comprehensive care for the body and mind of the elderly,and to improve the quality of old-age care.
