摘 要:直流电机由于其易于调速的特性在轧钢系统中广泛应用,水钢三条棒线和两条高线除二棒线的精轧系统于2020年改造为高压交流电机外其他生产线的初轧、中轧、精轧系统均采用直流电机,目前共有107台直流电机在线运行。直流电机结构相对复杂,生产过程中各类问题严重威胁正常生产秩序,本文结合水钢轧线直流电机的实际运行情况主要就直流电机运行过程中碳刷打火问题的原因及预防进行研究分析。A direct current(DC)motor is widely used in steel rolling system due to its easy speed regulation.There are three rebar rolling lines and tw-o high speed wire-rod rolling lines in Shuigang.Except the DC motors in finishing mill group in No.2 rebar rolling line were replaced by high-voltage alternating current(AC)motors in 2020,all of the other 107 motors in primary rolling,middle rolling and finishing rolling groups in rebar rolling lines and wire-rod rolling lines are DC motors.The structure of DC motor is relatively complex.The various problems in production process seriously threaten the normal production order.According to the actual operation of DC motors in steel rolling lines of Shuigang,the cause and prevention of carbon brush ignition during the operation of DC motors are studied and analyzed.
