摘  要:针对水钢4^(#)焦炉炉头温度较低的问题,从焦炉炉体结构特点、生产操作、加热制度等方面分析其产生的原因,并提出通过增加蓄热室封墙保温材料、全炉进行密封、加强生产操作和稳定加热制度等措施来解决问题。从实际效果来看,焦炉炉头温度得到了提高。Aiming at the problem of low temperature in furnace end of No.4 coking oven in Shuigang,the causes of the problem are analyzed in terms of the structure characteristics of coking oven,the production operation,the heating regulation and so on,it is put forward that the problem would be solved by the measures such as applying ther^nal insulation material to the exterior wall of regenerative chamber,sealing the whole furnace,standardizing the production operation,stabilizing the heating regulation,etc.From the actual effect,the temperature in furnace end of coking oven increases.
