摘 要:随着通信技术的发展,配电网具备实现网络采样的条件,然而现阶段相关研究仍难以支撑配电网保护的实际应用。因此,依托区域信息共享,探索IEC 61850在配电网保护中的全方位应用,聚焦采样值报文共享的保护应用,形成基于网络采样的配电网差动保护方法。针对采样值报文信息共享的同步需求,设计计及传输延时与交换机延时的采样延时补偿方法,奠定基于网络采样的配电网保护实现基础。进行一、二次系统联合仿真测试,将所提出的基于网络采样与延时补偿的配电网差动保护方法与常规的配电网差动保护方法进行对比,结果表明:采用所提方法后,差动保护的动作选择性得到改善。所提出的方法能保证配电网差动保护的选择性,并在试点工程中得到推广应用。With the development of communication technology,the distribution network has the conditions to realize network sampling.However,at this stage,the relevant research is still difficult to support the practical application of distribution network protection.Therefore,relying on regional information sharing,this paper explores the all-round application of IEC 61850 in distribution network protection,focuses on the protection application of sampled value(SV)message sharing,and forms a distribution network differential protection method based on network sampling.According to the synchronization requirements of SV message information sharing,the paper designs a sampling delay compensation method considering transmission delay and switch delay,which lays the foundation for the implementation of distribution network protection based on network sampling.It also carries out the joint simulation and test of the primary and the secondary systems to compare the proposed distribution network differential protection based on network sampling and delay compensation with conventional distribution network differential protection method.The results indicate that the action selectivity of differential protection is improved by using the proposed method.This proves that the proposed method can ensure the selectivity of differential protection in distribution network,and has been popularized and applied in pilot projects.
